SYDNEY, Feb 21 AAP - A Wollongong property developer lied twice to government investigators
about his intimate relationship with a local council planner who he said "was on a mission
for sex," an inquiry has heard.

Glen Tabak told the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) today that
he was not aware he was receiving special treatment while his $31 million development
application (DA) was under review at Wollongong City Council in 2005.
