Efforts to beef up its shrunken staff may come to fruition by early March, if candidates being considered for three positions are hired within the week, according to the Empire Plaza Performing Arts Center Corp.'s executive director Terry Lorden.
Lorden outlined his plans to hire three key managers for the performing arts center at the corporation's monthly board meeting Thursday. Lorden said he has lined up candidates to assume the positions for a general manager, a programming manager, and an audience development director.
Some of those candidates will be visiting the center within the next week, Lorden said.
