Fed: Wife denies Brigitte discussed Pine Gap - lawyer

CANBERRA, Feb 5 AAP - Melanie Brown denied reports that her husband, suspected terrorist
Willie Brigitte, had quizzed her about Pine Gap, her lawyer said today.

French police sources have told media that Ms Brown, a former Australian soldier, had
recalled Brigitte questioning her at length about the US-Australian electronic intelligence
station at Pine Gap, near Alice Springs.

The French interrogators were told Brigitte had asked her if she had ever been inside
the base when she was in the Australian Army Signal Corps, whose members are experts …
